As a result of a remix project, OVERTHRILL was founded in 2008 by Sebastian (electronic music producer and graphic designer) and Christian (the winner of the 2005 Daft Punk Technologic Remix Contest) as a project that combines several ideas and influences to a innovative and danceable whole.
OVERTHRILL is fresh and true electronic music coming straight from the heart. Unable to be pigeonholed, the group's output ranges somewhere between Disco, Funk and Hip Hop. Scratches, cuts, old and heavy analogue gear as well as digital synths... that's what OVERTHRILL is all about.

インディーロックファンお待た♪　(全然普通のじゃなくてクセのあるヤツだけど…)
フロム U.K.　かなり渋めでちょっと変わってて新鮮な４ピースバンド。そしてソウルフル。

1st聞いてないので申し訳ないんだけど、方向性を若干変えた２年ぶりの2nd。みたい。(らしい。)
前作に続きninjatune傘下のロックレーベル、Counter Recordsからリリース。
そしてプロデュースはご存知Jim Abiss　カッコイイに決まってるじゃないすか。ねぇ。
激ソウルフルな黒人ヴォーカル×クラシカルな骨太ストレートロック×映画音楽的アレンジ。かなり面白い作りなってます。
平坦な、単調な雰囲気なんか微塵も無く、凝った構成とアレンジで最後まで飽きずに楽しめて聞けちゃう。さすがのコンセプトとプロデュース能力。
T-3, T-4, 5, 辺りの流れ、たまんねぇっす!!　カサビアンとかホワイトストライプスの雰囲気も微妙にちらほら。
この個性とオリジナリティ。生き残れるタイプだと思います。大ブレイクして欲しいなぁ。ガンガレ。
